We ships all goods strictly within 24 hours of order/payment confirmation. You'll be mailed with dispatch details through mail/sms, and you can track your order online anytime. Normally by road shipment take 3 - 5 days to your doorstep, it may take slightly longer to remote locations.
You may also choose for Express shipment by air that takes 4 hours to 2 days to any Airport in INDIA, at actual delivery cost paid by you.
You may also choose to Pick-up your Trampoline from our warehouse. Just give us a call and confirm your pick-up time. You can also make the Payment by Cash or Demand Draft during pick-up.
Default free delivery is surface delivery; it takes 2 Days to 2 Weeks depending upon the delivery location. You may request for faster delivery mode (Air mode) by paying differential delivery cost.
FexEx is our delivery partners and we request you to check your location coverage with FedEx by providing them your PIN code, before making an order. If delivery is not available at your location, we keep the right to cancel the order and refund your money after making payment gateway deductions.
OCTROI or local taxes/clearance charges extra if applicable in your city/state, to be paid by buyer to the courier company at the time of delivery. Octroi is buyer responsibility and it’s recommended that buyer should check Octroi charges (if any) at their delivery location before placing the order.
Delivery Documents (e.g. form 16 in Kerala) are required from buyers (for any outside state Purchases & deliveries) of Kerala, North eastern states( ASSAM, MEGHALYA , ARUNACHAL RADESH, TRIPURA, MANIPUR, NAGALAND, MIZORAM) and few other states in India as per their state laws. It’s responsibility of the buyer to be aware of any such documentation requirement and provide the same during delivery; seller is not responsible for notifying any such requirements. Please avoid making any order until you confirm & clarifies your doubts related to the documentation requirement for your city. In case buyer is not be able to provide required documents, order will be cancelled and money refunded after making the applicable delivery and Payment gateway deductions incurred by the seller.
